
Former Caley Thistle and Ross County academy coach Park joined the Vale squad for pre-season coaching on Saturday in Banff after agreeing to help Stewart within the dugout this season.
Park replaces Kev Stewart, who stepped down as assistant and head of youth as a consequence of work commitments and supervisor Stewart is delighted to have Park on board.
Deveronvale supervisor Craig Stewart has appointed Craig Park as his assistant supervisor.
He stated: “Craig and I went by our UEFA C Licences collectively and on the time it was clear that we shared a soccer philosophy and concepts on how crew must be developed.
“I’m actually happy that he has accepted the position with the Vale and look ahead to working collectively by pre-season and into season 2022-23.”
Park added: “I’m delighted to have been given the chance to help Craig, the gamers and employees on the membership have made me really feel very welcome and I look ahead to the season forward.”
Stewart has additionally added 4 new gamers to his squad forward of the brand new marketing campaign.
Midfielder Sam Basuha has joined on a two-year deal after transferring to the north-east from England.
The 27 year-old has performed for various sides within the London space and was final with Meridian Valley Park of the Southern Counties East League.
Stewart stated: “Sam brings a whole lot of expertise to the squad and from coaching you may see that he’s a robust participant with a wonderful work price.
“His want to succeed and his presence within the squad will assist our younger gamers recognize what’s wanted to achieve success at Highland League stage.”
Bashua joins three members of the under-18 facet which received the Highland League Beneath-18 East League and North-East Play-off last who’ve been promoted to the primary crew squad.
Defenders Jaydan Bradford, Jayden Goldie and striker Antonio Jam have all been rewarded for his or her contribution to the youth crew.
Stewart stated: “I’m actually happy to have signed Jaydan. As he confirmed final season, he has the poise and skill to justify a transfer as much as the primary crew squad to compete for a beginning place within the coming season.”
The 17 year-old is joined by Bucksburn-based Goldie, who can also be 17 and broke into the primary crew on the finish of final season.
